If your not satisfied on receipt of your purchase www.beyondtheduero.com will accept returns and offers refunds. The items have to be in original condition and you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order of your intention to return the item. The item should not however be returned until you have received authorisation from us.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
The item or items must be returned in their original packaging that is still in a serviceable condition with all original labels attached.
If an item is returned without authorisation we reserve the right to not accept the return.
If an item is returned incomplete, which includes packaging, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee based on the original purchase price or charge for the missing parts whatever is the greater.

If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
You will also need to pay the cost of the return shipping.
If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item or items will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Returns usually take 2 weeks to be received and processed and the refund could take up to 5 work days to process. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once the refund is completed.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is damaged in shipping we will ship a free replacement.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package that damage has occured in transit.
Notifications should be made to support@beyondtheduero.com, you should also include photographs showing the damage when the package was delivered and a short description about the damage.
The item to be returned should be repackaged in the original packaging, but if the packaging is no longer serviceable, due to damage, you should return the item in new packaging no less robust than the original.
You must pay the cost of the return shipping but we will not charge the shipping cost for the replacement and in addition will refund the original shipping cost back to your original payment method, in this way you should not pay additional costs.
Once we receive the returned item from you we will process your replacement item which usually take 2 weeks. The refund for the original shipping could take up to 5 work days to process. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once the refund is completed.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You must use the original packaging to return the items and ensure that it is in serviceable condition, unless the packaging has been damaged, as the product is your responsibility until it reaches us. The original packaging should have all original labels attached.
If the packaging has been damaged beyond servicibility you should return the item in new packaging no less robust than the original.
Include the item and a copy of the receipt within the package and adequately reseal the packaging with tape.
Tape a return shipping label over your address on the original packaging.
